TCDRI has ever carried out technical exchange and cooperation with over 200 International Cement Manufacturer.

Chine Cement Development Center (CCDC) has been set up in 1983, which is sponsored by United Nations Industrial Development (UNIDO) and Chinese Government. Since its establishment, CCDC exerts important roles in personnel training, technical supports, International technical exchange and intergovernmental cooperation.

As far back as 1950s, TCDRI has joined into the cement plant projects with aid in Rwanda, Cambodia and Albania. For years, TCDRI obtains good achievements in International market by means of advanced technology & equipment, excellent services and good reputation. So far, TCDRI has established business relation with more than 60 countries and regions. It is furthered the business relation between TCDRI and well known enterprises involved in cement industry, including LAFARGE, HEIDELBERG, HOLCIM, KHD and FLS. Up to 2005, TCDRI has completed or signed over 20 overseas contracts. All capacity ranging from 700t/d ～ 5000t/d which is engineering designed, complete supplied or operation managed by TCDRI has been realized in Vietnam, Oman, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Pakistan and other over 10 countries.
