Brief Introduction
Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute (TCDRI) Co,.Ltd.was established in 1953. It is one of the earliest large scale industrial design institutes. Nowadays, TCDRI ranks top one institute in Chinese Building Material Industry.
Since over 50 years, TCDRI guides the technical improvement of Chinese Cement Industry, makes contribution to the development of Chinese Cement Industry and realizes outstanding achievements.
Today, TCDRI, as the leading company of technology and equipment supplier in China, has grown into a large scale high-tech enterprise with international competitive ability by means of integration of the engineering design, research and development, technical services, equipment manufacturing, complete set equipment supply, general contracting of EPC projects and spare parts suply.
Human Resources
TCDRI has, through decades' operation, fostered a number of professionals and a highly skilled and competent workforce covering engineering design, research and development, equipment manufacturing, technical services, business operation and company management. Up to now, TCDRI has a total workforce of 2,000, among whom 800 work at head office. TCDRI is proud of possessing more than 80% professional technical personnel, including about 80 experts including Design Master, Experts with particular Governmental allowance, Experts with Outstanding Contribution and Senior Engineers with Professor Title, over 220 Senior Engineers and over 280 Engineers. More than 100 engineers of certified architects, chartered structural engineers, chartered cost engineers, chartered project supervisors and city planning engineer are the core working force of TCDRI. And around 1200 personnel work for CEMTECH Xuzhou, Changshu and Zibo.
In order to sustainably develop and apply advanced core technology, TCDRI set up research and development team consisting of engineers with Doctor, Master and Bachelor Degree. Meanwhile, advanced R&D facilities are furnished with R & D center.
TCDRI makes efforts to implement a strategy of attracting talent for enterprise growth, while also making efforts to keep its human resources strategies innovative. Also, TCDRI actively explored new approaches to recruit the talents for business development. These advancements in operating procedures of human resources policy have supported TCDRI in its goal to become a global competitive company with top talent people.
