In the morning of July 22nd of 2009, the Ground-breaking of Inner Mongolia Tongda Building Materials Co., Ltd 4500 t/d Cement Project was held in Wulashan, Bayanzhuoer of Inner Mongolia. This project is composed of a 4500 t/d cement production line and associated limestone quarry mining works. It is expected to be operated in August of 2008.
