On 28 November 2009, Aalborg White Anqing Cement Co., Ltd celebrated its inauguration ceremony in Anqing, Anhui province.

Aalborg White Anqing Cement Co., Ltd White Cement Project (400,000 t/y) is included 861 Project of Anhui Province and 3231 Key Project of Anqing City. This project is valued of RMB 6 billion yuan of total investment and TURNKEY contracted by TCDRI. It commenced its construction on 29 may 2008 and operated on 28 November 2009, with total construction period of 1 year and half. This project is so far the biggest new dry process white cement production line of Asia, as well as the white cement production base of best equipments, updated technology, optimized process, lowest energy consumption and biggest capacity of Asia. The operation of this project symbolizes the Chinese technology of white cement production has already in line with international advanced level.
